More than nine years ago, Life Nutrition started with a tight budget but a big vision—to bring flavorful, energizing drinks to the community. From day one, owner Valentina poured her heart into every shake, coffee, and tea.

Running a business isn’t easy, but she’s met every challenge with determination, including the struggles of the pandemic. Today, Life Nutrition thrives, offering protein shakes, energizing teas, champurrado, hot chocolate, and more.

Valentina continues to grow her business through Fourth Plain Forward workshops, always seeking ways to improve and better serve her customers.
