Join the City of Vancouver and AmeriCorps members as we plant native trees and plants throughout Sam Brown Park, one of Vancouver’s urban natural areas.

The day will open with a conversation about environmental and racial justice led by WSU Vancouver’s Julian Ankney, Campus Director of Native American Programs and Desiree Hellegers, Director of the Collective for Social and Environmental Justice.

Training, gloves, tools, water, snacks, and hot drinks provided.
