WSU Vancouver Student Cultural Fashion Show

Students at WSU Vancouver hosted their second annual Cultural Fashion Show. This event was hosted by the Associated Students of Washington State University Vancouver, Muslim Student Association, Asian Pacific Islander Association, Vietnamese Student Association, and the Center for Intercultural Learning and Affirmation. The Cultural Fashion Show is a culturally enriching event, showcasing a vibrant tapestry of global fashion and art.

Highlighting the significance of cultural diversity and expression, the event served as a platform for students to celebrate their heritage through fashion and performance. Among the standout performances was a captivating display by a Native dancer, whose graceful movements and traditional attire mesmerized the audience, offering a glimpse into Indigenous culture and history.

Additionally the Vietnamese Student Association, dazzled with a traditional fan dance, a cherished art form that symbolizes grace, beauty, and unity in Vietnamese culture. Their choreography showcased the richness of Vietnamese traditions, captivating the audience and fostering appreciation for cultural diversity.
