Fourth Plain Forward had partnered with the NAACP to bring you the BIPOC Food Permit Scholarship!
The BIPOC Food Permit Scholarship is designed to lower the cost barrier of food safety permits. If you have been wanting to grow your food business, expand your side food business into catering, or take your amazing food to markets, this is your opportunity.
This scholarship is for business owners seeking to expand their reach and that have been operating on a small scale due to permit cost barriers. It is not for brand new businesses.
PLEASE NOTE: Only City of Vancouver* businesses are eligible for this program. Verify your address location HERE
* You could have a Vancouver address and be outside of City of Vancouver limits.
This program is Partially funded by City of Vancouver’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)

The deadline to submit an application with all required documents is May 31st, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PST.
All applicants will be notified of our selection decision by June 15th, 2024
